Description
Growing in Grace is a study designed to help participants grasp the depth and meaning of God’s
grace in our lives and in our world. The study focuses on the Wesleyan distinctives of grace
elaborated on by John Wesley. The material looks at how God is the one who makes the first
move to woo us to him, and then it walks us through the layers of grace that follow our
acceptance of his love. We will explore the importance and necessity of being in community
with other Christians and strive to understand how our inward change is meant to be shared
with the world around us. Growing in Grace is a leader’s guide with pages to copy for
participants making it easy to use in a monthly setting or in a short-term study for small groups.
The study includes lessons on God Goes First, The Aim of the Christian Life, Better Together and
Walking Into the World.
